Welcome to Cool Beans Coffee Cart! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of coolbeanscoffeecart.com (the "Site") and to bookings of our mobile coffee catering services. By using the Site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
1. Our Services
Cool Beans Coffee Cart provides mobile coffee cart catering, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings throughout the Greater Houston Area.
2. Quotes, Bookings & Payment
Quote requests submitted through the Site are not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed on the details in writing and the required deposit has been received.
A 30% non refundable deposit is due at the signing of the service agreement to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days before the event.
Acceptable payment methods include cash, card, Zelle, or Venmo. Events booked with 5 or fewer days notice are subject to a 15% charge.
A $30 late fee will apply for each day the balance remains unpaid after the balance due date.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
The Client must provide at least 7 days notice of cancellation to receive a 50% refund. If cancellation notice is provided less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be given.
The Vendor reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion, including circumstances beyond its control such as severe weather or venue restrictions. In such cases, the Vendor may issue a partial refund or no refund at its sole discretion.
Cool Beans Coffee Cart requires a working elevator for events located above the first floor. If a working elevator is not available, the event will be cancelled.
Neither party is responsible for failure to perform caused by events beyond their control, including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide sufficient space for cart setup, with a minimum area of 6 feet by 6 feet, access to electricity consisting of 2 separate 15 amp circuits with a maximum of 1,800 watts, and confirmed access for vendor parking and unloading.
The Client is also responsible for providing appropriate venue permits when required, with such permits provided by the Vendor upon request.
5. Email Updates
If you opt in to hear about Cool Beans events and pop ups, we'll occasionally email you about upcoming appearances and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We promise not to spam you.
6. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies via Google Tag Manager to understand how the Site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising, including Google Ads. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline these cookies; if you decline, advertising and analytics cookies stay off. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
7. Site Content
All content on the Site, including text, photos, logos, and design, belongs to Cool Beans Coffee Cart or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Site content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
8. Liability & Insurance
The Vendor has general liability insurance. The Client agrees to protect the Vendor from any claims caused by the Client's negligence or failure to meet their responsibilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cool Beans Coffee Cart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the applicable service agreement constitute the agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions and agreements, whether oral or written.
