Because each package is priced for a guest band rather than per cup, the per-guest cost falls as your event grows:

• Signature: $600 ÷ 60 guests ≈ $10 per guest at capacity (about $300 per hour of service).
• VIP: $1,190 ÷ 140 guests ≈ $8.50 per guest at capacity, or about $17 per guest at 70 (roughly $400–$600 per hour).
• Luxury: $1,275 ÷ 150 guests ≈ $8.50 per guest, and it keeps falling for larger crowds (roughly $320–$425 per hour).

What raises the price above the starting point

• More guests than the tier covers. Guest count drives staffing and supplies, so a 90-guest event quotes at VIP rather than Signature.
• Extra service hours. Each tier includes a set window (2, 2–3 or 3–4 hours); a longer window or a split window (ceremony and late-night, for example) is quoted separately.
• Add-ons. The energy-drink bar is a $200 add-on on VIP; custom drink names and signage come standard on VIP and Luxury, and his-and-hers signature drinks on Luxury.
• Short notice. Events booked with 5 or fewer days' notice carry a 15% rush charge.
